Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any applications or services developed by Beans & Brackets ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our applications or services.

Premium Features and Payments

Some of our applications offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. By purchasing premium features, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are processed through the platform's payment system (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store)
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which you made the purchase
• Premium features are licensed, not sold, and may be revoked for Terms violations

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

We do not warrant that our applications will meet your requirements or that any errors in the applications will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beans & Brackets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of third parties
• Damages related to your use or inability to use our applications

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beans & Brackets, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of our applications or services
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Privacy and Data Protection

• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Fraudulent, harassing, or abusive behavior
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

Upon termination, your right to use the applications will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

Severability
